Health Ministries...WATER OF LIFE "And the
Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let him who hears
say, "Come"! And let him who thirsts come. Whoever
desires, let him take the water of life freely." "So he went to him and
bandaged
his wounds, pouring oil and wine; and he set him on his own animal
and brought him to an inn and took care of him." Mission To educate, support and strengthen the church family with the power of knowledge, prayer, faith and unity built on the principles of God, through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ during difficult times. "When the sun was setting, the people brought to Jesus all who had various kinds of sickness, laying his hands on each one He healed them." Luke 4:40. Purpose Our Health Ministry's purpose is to promote the understanding of wellness as a whole, and its mission is to serve the community. Through lack of knowledge and understanding, many still believe old myths about how people contract illnesses and how illness is transmitted through people. The Health Ministry will bring awareness through its educational programs, seminars, health fairs, support groups associated with the physical, mental and sexual diseases, as well as drug, alcohol and various other addictions that have taken a strong hold on the church community. Goal To make sure our disciples and guests are comfortable and to render first-aid service with a concerned and calming spirit.
